is the title of anime production studio Kokusai Eiga Sha, the studio also produces the popular anime series Galaxy Cyclone Braiger J9. Chō Kōsoku Galvion first aired in Japan in 1984. Serial Chō Kōsoku Galvion had circulated in Indonesia in the late 80s in the format of VHS and Betamax home video. The series was only 22 episodes, 23 episodes have been made, but it was never completed because of financial problems at the production house. Epilogue line 35 seconds included at the end of episode 22 to explain what will happen at the end of the story.

is along the 49 episode anime series that presents many space battle scenes, music, and the love story. The series is a sequel of the tv series Macross. Unlike the original series that tends to be the story of the romantic drama, Macross 7 more emphasis on elements of music and entertainment. Although a lot of criticism from fans for Macross 7 different story with other Macross series, but in reality Macross 7 is quite successful in the market, so the producers decided to release a version of the OVA and Movie.
