IP2 Backup

This is an experiment for censorship resistance for the posting of ip2 content on the steem/hive blockchain. This will serve as a blockchain censorship resistant backup to the saidit available on the Streaming Network https://ip2.network and https://saidit.net/s/Ice_Poseidon2

We will also promote the use of @threespeak https://3speak.online for censorship resistance Video Streaming.
